Text file containing patches to 4 class files

This text file contains the patches for four biojava classes;
BlastLikeSAXParser.java, BlastLikeVersionSupport.java, BlastSAXParser.java and
HitSectionSAXParser.java.  The patches were created using Eclipse 3.4 and were
generated against biojava-live revision 4840.
