I've put together a 1st attempt at a bjv2 web-site. It's a very rough 
work-in-progress, and the URL is bound to change. Point your favorite 
browser at:

http://www.derkholm.net/svn/repos/bjv2/website/docs/index.html

If you have the biojava source, then you can use ant to make this site:

ant all docs

This will make a replica of the site under:

./dist/docs
