[Biojava-dev] Feature Templates

I think that a copy is better than a reference. The question is would a shallow copy be OK or should it be a deep copy?

	Yeah the problem I was having was with the annotation. I just had a
	quick squizz at the code now, and it looks to be just setting a
	reference to the template annotation. Now I know what the expected
	behaviour is, I'll sort it.
