[Biojava-dev] SwissProt parsing?

Hey all,

The javadoc for SwissprotProcessor on biojava.org mentions that
swissprot support is something of an incomplete skeleton implementation.
Is this still the case in the current development version?  
I just recently finished working on a parser for the SwissProt file
format, so if there is still work to be on this, I'd like to contribute.
